Bringing Paris to Texas. Since 2021.
A club born from passion.
PSG Fan Club Texas was founded in 2021 by a small group of Parisian expats and Texas-born PSG faithful who wanted a real home for the Rouge et Bleu in the Lone Star State.
In May 2021, the club was officially recognized by Paris Saint-Germain — joining the global network of supporters clubs sanctioned by the club itself.
After a quiet period, we are relaunching in 2026 with active chapters in Houston and Dallas, and a renewed mission to build the strongest PSG community in the United States.
Build a home for Rouge et Bleu fans across Texas.
From Houston to Dallas, we exist to gather the PSG community, host every match, and represent Paris with the pride it deserves.
Two chapters, one State.

A word from emmanuel joawn
"When we started this club in 2021, we were a handful of Parisians and Texans gathered around a screen. Today, we're building something far bigger — a state-wide federation that gives every PSG fan in Texas a place to belong."
"Whether you grew up in the 18th arrondissement or you discovered the Rouge et Bleu watching the Champions League final from your living room in Dallas — this club is for you. Allez Paris."
